Survey-Hosting.com's evaluation model has the following features:
- Survey and report is customized to include the questions and analysis pertinent to the customer's needs.
- Customers that have already developed a question set and analysis key can have this implemented within a 2 weeks.
- Custom consultation is available for defining/refining a question set and analysis through our affiliated consultants, some of which have more than 20 years experience in the HR consulting field.
Included in the basic self/peer evaluation are the following capabilities:
- Employees perform a self review
- Reviewee defines a list of peers, subordinates and managers to review them using the same question set.
- Reviewee sends an email invitation through the web site to these reviewers asking them to complete the survey.
- Anonymous, or confidential responses are tabluated in an aggregate report. Non-responders can be reminded to complete the review.
- Aggregate report, with ratings and comments is automatically (and dymanically) prepared for the reviewee to print.
The review framework can be modified to fit with individual company needs. In one recent review, reports were available only to the Team Leaders. Leaders reviewed and printed the reports before they were distributed to the participants in order to identify any trends and better prepare the reviewees for the results of their review.
